Operations Manager – EA Ski & Snowboard

We have an outstanding opportunity which will suit someone passionate about skiing & snowboarding with planning experience, a positive attitude and excellent organisation skills.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work within and learn from our strong, cohesive team and to liaise with people at all levels in the business. Your key responsibilities will primarily include operation planning and the execution of our ski and snowboard training programs worldwide, this entails a combination of liaising with clients, working with our suppliers to ensure things run smoothly and working internally with our accounts department.

Important attributes for a strong applicant would be a professional attitude, taking instruction well, working well within a team and having a good sense of humour. You will be a passionate, motivated person who takes pride in the quality of your work, with an interest in developing instructors and the snow sports industry on the whole.

Competencies required:

Strong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and be accommodating in a team environment

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask

Outstanding written communication skills

Confidence and a strong ability within the Microsoft Office package, particularly excel

Some experience within accounting systems/software preferred but not essential, provided you have the right skills to learn in this area.

Experience in Salesforce CRM software would also be a bonus


This role is full time (40 hours per week) based in Queenstown.
