Being from Scotland most of my skiing in my youth was spent in Europe, just being a holiday skier and enjoying one or two weeks a year. I wasn’t a ski racer and hadn’t any formal training.
I started my ski instructor journey with SITCo in 2011, with which I successfully completed my Level 1 and 2, I seriously caught the ski bug and did NZ seasons over the British summer whilst attending university in the UK over the winter. Over the next 10 years I trained for my L3 and then my trainers. I have done seasons in New Zealand, Japan and America over the years and still love skiing new places.
