Monica found her passion for skiing later in life than most. Starting out as a teenager on the slopes of Whakapapa, Mt Ruapehu before stint in Canada. 6 months turned into 18 and developed Monica’s skiing to be able to attain her Levels 1 and 2.
Monica has since worked in New Zealand, Canada and Japan, teaching an array of people, but mostly enjoys teaching kids.
Monica obtained her trainers certificate in 2020 and has been examining since 2021. You’ll currently find her working up at Cardrona and Treble Cone, teaching lessons and training others to be instructors
