International employment opportunities for the upcoming Australian winter season at Perisher, Falls Creek, or Hotham resorts. We are currently seeking experienced and qualified candidates available from June to September 2024 for the following roles:

Certified Snowsports Instructors

  • Candidates should hold an official Snowsports instructor certification.
  • Previous teaching or coaching experience with at least 1 full season instructing (desirable).
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to be highly adaptable with dynamic workplace duties.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills, including conversational in all aspects of the English language (spoken and written).

Race & Events – Outdoor Operations Assistants

  • Advanced Skiing ability to be able to ski in all conditions.
  • Experience or exposure to events operations such as netting, timing and course setting is highly desirable.
  • Perfect for candidates who enjoy hands-on practical work, quick thinking, and a fast-paced workplace.

Race & Events – Timing and Administration

  • Ideal for candidates looking challenge their administrative and organisational skills or start a career as an Alpine events official.
  • Applicants should have excellent communication and administration skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Perfect for candidates seeking a dynamic blend of business administration, events operation, and official timing experience.

Winter Sports Coaches (Alpine, Freeski, Moguls, Snowboard Programs)

  • Applicants should hold an official coach and instructing certification with at least 1 full season working with athletes.
  • Coaches may be employed between 2 to 5 days a week as a Coach to be determined by program registrations.
  • Candidates willing to work a hybrid arrangement of coaching and instructing are desirable due to limited vacancies.
